If you have purchased a new single-split air conditioning system from us, we offer you an optional professional installation service including commissioning.

Our experienced and reliable partner network consists of specialist companies operating throughout Europe that are specialized and certified in the installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Our partners are characterized by many years of experience, high professional qualifications and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Our installation service for split systems includes:

Installation and connection of the indoor unit: up to max. 15 meters of refrigerant as well as electrical control and condensate drain lines laid (if necessary) in a white surface-mounted cable duct.
Refrigeration and electrical installation and connection of the outdoor unit: maximum working height 2.0 meters (can be extended by providing scaffolding or a platform).
Connection of the outdoor unit: if the required cable is available on site.
One core drill hole: (brick, wood or drywall, see note**).
Evacuation and refilling of refrigerant: up to max. 2 kg R32
Leak test: in accordance with standard EU no. 517/2014.
Creation of a protocol.
Commissioning and test run of the system: incl. testing of the cooling and heating function.
Instruction in the functions and operation of the air conditioning system.
Installation and delivery of floor or wall brackets (400 mm length).

Not included in the offer and can be invoiced separately:

Main switch, electrical supply line and its fuses,
Required condensate pumps and pump hose
Sound insulation enclosures and measures
Restoration of fire and lightning protection,
Debris and waste disposal
Static calculations
Installation and provision of WLAN or KNX adapters.
Additional information:

Our offer is valid for a maximum distance of 15 meters of refrigerant pipe between the indoor and outdoor unit.
Each additional meter of refrigerant line costs EUR 79.00 (incl. VAT).
The offer refers to the use of white cable duct as well as the required refrigerant and condensate lines and the cable for the internal electrical connection from the supply line input.
Required core drillings through load-bearing walls or ceilings (65-85 mm) must be carried out on site.
The installation service does not include the cost of the actual air conditioning system.
